What makes work truly great? Is it a title, a paycheck, an impressive résumé—or something deeper?
The Gift of Great Work, launching October 6, 2026, invites readers to consider those questions through the experiences and wisdom of accomplished women from a wide range of industries and backgrounds. Curated by Kim McClure, this new anthology brings together the stories and perspectives of Julia Burnett, Julia Mundy-Garner, Krista Warner, Mory Tena, Jill Davis, Kristin Myers, Heidi Goelzer, Ruth Everhart, Brittani Jenks, Somer Fortenberry, and Auri Hatheway.
Rather than offering a single definition of professional success, the collection explores the many ways women can build meaningful careers while remaining connected to their values, purpose, and personal fulfillment.
The timing is particularly fitting. The book follows the October 1 release of Completely Wealthy – The Complete Financial Guide for Women, authored by Marta Sauret Greca. Both titles are being released in collaboration with Cori Wamsley of Aurora Corialis Publishing, creating a compelling conversation about what it means to thrive—not simply succeed—personally and professionally.
Sauret Greca describes The Gift of Great Work as a “powerhouse” collection offering practical approaches to growth while maintaining internal peace.
At its heart, The Gift of Great Work is an invitation to pause and reconsider the definition of achievement. Great work isn’t simply about what we accomplish; it can also be about the impact we make, the lives we touch, and the person we become along the way.
The community is invited to celebrate the official launch on Tuesday, October 6, and discover the stories behind a collection dedicated to purposeful work, personal growth, and success on your own terms.

My name is Denise and I am a Certified Life Coach. From 2016-2021, I was a stay at home mom to my two beautiful daughters, Charlotte and Kinsley. When my marriage ended at the end of 2021, I knew it was time to pursue other ventures while healing myself and my children. I had been running an online business while being a stay at home mom and was looking for something more. I've always had a heart for people. I was in various ministry positions before my children were born and always loved serving others and simply being around people. As an introverted extrovert, I crave company and deep relationships. I'm not great at small talk, I'd rather just dive deep! While going through my divorce, I started sharing the lessons I'd been walking through via social media. I've always believed vulnerability creates space for deeper connection with others and gives people the space and freedom to be reminded they aren't alone in their struggles. What I found in sharing, was some of the weight I was carrying could be lifted off my own shoulders and simultaneously others would reach out to me and share their own struggles. We could work through our pain together. In the fall of 2023, after a brutal few months of more life change, I started really thinking through what I wanted. 2022 and 2023 were years of working through logistics, healing, grieving, and breaking ground on this new phase of life. A few friends of mine were going through life coaching certification programs and I was really intrigued. As I've shared, I've always found joy in serving others and forming deep connections. Could life coaching be an avenue for me? After speaking with a few friends, I decided to look into some certification programs. When speaking with friends and family about it, there was consistent encouragement to go for it. If you've ever felt like you were meant for more than what you are experiencing in life, then you can understand my decision to take a leap and sign up to get certified. I've always pictured myself as someone who helps others. Whether it's cheering them on (fun fact: I used to be a cheerleader! I miss being thrown in the air sometimes lol), working through the tough issues, helping them see the potential in themselves, goal setting, or simply finding creative ways to navigate the day-to-day tasks of life, I thrive in listening and encouraging others wherever they are. The more I realized this, the more I realized I'm built to be a life coach. After getting certified, a lot of pieces started to align and now I can proudly say I am the founder of More Than This Life Coaching.
