Lived experiences can bring forth a lifelong ambition to strive for the well being of others. With a past filled with challenges came the decision to step up for not only herself, but to become a provider for her two younger brothers. Camille Robb is a fierce woman when it comes to selfless acts of love. Robb is the Regional Manager at ACN, a speaker, children’s advocate, a certified nanny,  and nutritional provider for humanity.

The Roots of Robb’s Calling

Originally from Jamaica, Robb and her brothers moved to the United States in 1990 with her stepmother.  At the young age of 17 Robb found herself in a new country, and carrying the responsibility of ensuring the family was getting the food they needed.  There was even a time where Robb was eating the food given to her neighbor’s dogs, both of whom “were fed very well by their owner,” said Robb. This life of survival would be a part of laying the foundation in Robb’s future calling, which would consist of providing nutritional advice and food to others. One of her brothers has stated that he “has to give her more respect than any other woman,” due to the sacrifice and hard work Robb put into ensuring a proper upbringing through providing food for their family.

Robb made the decision to pursue nursing school while living in the Orlando, Florida area. “I had no support system,” stated Robb. Despite the lack of help, Robb overcame the obstacle and graduated from nursing school so she could contribute to society by helping others in a compassionate way. However, after seeing the way dedicated healthcare workers and patients were treated, Robb made the difficult decision to leave the field.

“My passion was working with kids.” This is what Robb disclosed while discussing her experience working in daycare, with the help of her stepmother opening the door for her to work in one. Robb noticed a distinct, and yet familiar sound as she worked each day in the childcare setting with kids who were between the ages of 12 months-3 years old. “ I kept hearing the same sound, the kids were hungry, said Robb. Due to her days providing for her brothers, Robb recognized the cry for hunger. Robb knew there was something she had to do. The desire to aid the call for sustenance was burning inside of Robb, and she went on to set her own earnings aside so that food could be bought for these children entrusted to her care. The small children were provided with food choices such as pancakes, bananas, and grapes to fulfill morning hunger, especially after coming in seemingly famished from the weekend. The distribution of healthy food to others in need would become Robb’s destiny.

Current Successes

The ongoing efforts by Robb and her husband to reach as many facing food deficiencies due to lack of resources is not slowing down any time soon.I have been an advocate for children for over 27 years and we feed millions of children annually in the United States and 26 countries and 6 different continents by leveraging Technology, Energy, and Banking services,” said Robb on her facebook info page.

Robb’s most recent speaking engagement was a virtual panel entitled the WWCA Florida Chapter Holiday Workshop, where she contributed a wealth of knowledge alongside other experts to “come together to exchange ideas, gain insights, and strengthen our community,” said Robb.

Students seek out Robb’s expertise from all over the world because of the need she saw and is fulfilling. “ If you can help someone and teach them, they will help someone else,” said Robb. This can cause a powerful ripple effect that reaches people from all walks of life.

The tone was set by Robb to create a lasting change when she helped a 16 year old boy from Kongo acquire the funds needed to go to school. How exactly did she do this? She sacrificed her own gift of money given to her by a dear friend, that was supposed to go to Robb’s own self care. This student went on to graduate as the number one student in his graduating class after 3 years! Results like this are what makes the work of Robb so inspiring and is hopefully an aspiration of many to assist others with compassion, support, and living life for the betterment of all of mankind. When we strengthen each other, the impact becomes a great wave of encouragement and possibility for future generations.

Sharing Herbal Aides

Growing up in Jamaica was a great asset for Robb. She learned the reality of herbs potential in helping the human body with various ailments. Robb learned the power of different herbs from her ancestors and implements that knowledge into the health and wellbeing of herself and others to this very day. One example Robb gave for an herb was Rosemary, “which repairs the scalp promoting hair growth, and is also good for neuro pain in the body,” said Robb. Robb grows various amounts of herbs in her garden along with different types of powerhouse foods for the human body. These are distributed to people she deems necessary to benefit from them. “ I focus mostly on the poor who need genuine help,” said Robb.

Collaborating With the Global Sisterhood Nonprofit

Robb collided with Dr. Shellie Hipsky in what would become a life transforming friendship. Hipsky is the founder of The Global Sisterhood Nonprofit, helping women and children locally and around the world in epic outreach efforts to bring relief and solutions for those needing help. “When I met Dr. Shellie Hipsky I wanted to talk to her and learn more,” said Robb. Conversations continued back and forth between Hipsky and Robb, and Hipsky invited Robb to tour with the Global Sisterhood in Africa. There they would embark on a journey that changed each one of the participants in the most blessed ways. “My heart went with the Sisterhood, the experience was priceless. I would travel with them again. We were having fun while helping others. “She’s amazing. I have great respect for her after traveling to Africa with her,” stated Hipsky on her perspective of Robb. “The trip was very enlightening. There are so many different levels of people who come into your life, I learned so much about my sisters,” said Robb. Reverend Nettie Jo is one of the members of the Global Sisterhood who were wholeheartedly present on the Africa tour and Robb was elated with Nettie’s “unique way in responding to things around her and was always ready to learn more.”  This ignited a “fire in me to continue the work I am doing,” said Robb. The relationship building due to the shared interest in working hard to build up the lives of those around them made this trip life changing for Robb.

It’s all Personal

Robb has 2 children, Moniqe age 30 and Albert Robb 11 age 26. The value of Robb’s endless giving are an exceptional legacy to pass on to her children and all future generations. She inspires so many to rise up and take care of themselves in the best ways possible, and to pass on the knowledge learned to everyone around them.
