Pittsburgh Fashion Week has a New Owner, Producer, and Manager, who will continue to evolve the PFW brand and event lineup with a commitment to fashion, education, diversity, inclusion, mentorship, and sustainability.

PITTSBURGH, Pa. (July 24, 2023) – With new leadership at the helm, Henry Rothschild, CEO of Diamonds by Rothschild, will embrace Fashion Week’s core commitment to the fashion industry, but will also enhance the event lineup with new and elevated programming to expand the Pittsburgh Fashion Week brand.

On Friday, September 15th, The Wintergarden at PPG will be transformed into PFW Fashion Week’s 2023 Fashion Runway Show and will feature a brilliant roster of talented designers who will showcase a collection of 5-6 looks.

The VIP Experience includes a Champagne Reception, Light Appetizers and Open Bar from 6:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. as well as Open Bar at the PFW After Party.

Doors Open for General Admission Guests at 7:00 p.m. with a Cash Bar Available until Showtime at 7:30 p.m.  GA Guests will also be invited to the PFW After Party with a Cash Bar Available.

The Pittsburgh Fashion Week Runway Show begins at 7:30 p.m.

After Party for all guests begins immediately following the Fashion Show. Approximate Start Time is 8:30 p.m. After Party Ends at 10PM

The PFW After Party will give guests the opportunity for a Meet & Greet with the designers to see their beautiful work up close & personal.  This setting will also provide the different talent-models, designers, boutique owners, behind the scenes production staff together to build mutually beneficial relationships and exposure for the brands represented on the runway.

All Ticketholders will be invited to the PFW Exclusive Meet and Mingle After Party and will receive an Exclusive PFW Swag Bag.

“We are so proud to be the new owners, managers, and producers of Pittsburgh Fashion Week,” says Rothschild. “There is a natural alignment between my company, Diamonds by Rothschild, and Pittsburgh Fashion Week, so our plan is to use our corporate platform, business, fashion, style expertise, and our commitment to sustainability to expand the PFW event platform.”

The goal of PFW is to be the convenor of fashion and foster the growth of the Pittsburgh Fashion community through various fashion shows, community events, artist spotlights, and fashion networking events. PFW will celebrate their mission through excellent event production, but we will also showcase additional fashion events that take place in and around the city. PFW would like to provide a national platform for Pittsburgh designers and provide exposure to put Pittsburgh on the map as a fashion hub.

“Our goal is to also ensure that diversity and inclusion is represented on the stage and behind the scenes. We are connecting with local universities, colleges, trade schools and high schools to foster education through our PFW Mentorship Program,” says Rothschild.
